Prof. Waleed Anwar Professor of Internal Medicine and Nephrology – Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University Consultant in Kidney Diseases, Kidney Transplantation and Diabetes He holds the M.B., B.Ch., M.Sc. and M.D. in Internal Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University. His clinical expertise covers acute, chronic and immune-mediated kidney disease; all modalities of hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, continuous renal replacement therapy and plasma exchange; with a particular focus on kidney transplantation and the care of patients before and after transplant. He practises as Consultant in Kidney Diseases and Transplantation at several hospitals in Cairo and has published research in his field.
